With years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Austin began with a stint as a gym floor trainer in a local gym chain where he conducted small group bootcamps and HIIT classes for members. Austin is now an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who focuses on helping busy individuals find sustainable ways to up their fitness levels, improve their bodyshape and find personal growth with lifestyle and exercise guidance.
Austin believes in moving in multiple planes and giving time to build up strength in often neglected muscle groups as most people focus on what they can see in the mirror. Quality over quantity is something he emphasizes with each workout.
Growing up, he has always been an active kid and loved sports throughout my schooling days. But he has always been a reserved and quiet person until he stumbled fitness training which gave him the confidence to express myself. This newfound confidence helped him discover that anyone can achieve personal growth with fitness training and improving their body shape, which is his goal as a coach.
