Caleb is an American Council on Exercise Fitness Trainer and Triathlete. He takes a very different perspective to fitness – working out should make you feel good about yourself, not just make you look good! Prior to joining our team, he was a freelance fitness trainer for corporates. His specializes in High Intensity, Low Impact interval classes, combining cardio movements, fun activities and functional circuit races (yes, even online!) to bring people together.
With his Low impact fitness fun classes, he aims to make people focus first on the way exercise can help them feel – focused, happy and more full of life. A great looking body only comes as a by product to embracing fitness!
When he's not training for an upcoming Ironman, he's brewing his own DIY kombucha or skateboarding to the next destination.
