Passionate about fitness and health, Ho Yi was a Physical Training Instructor during his National Service and has long been an active fitness enthusiast. He strongly believes that it is never too late to commence your fitness journey and has supported many satisfied clients towards achieving their weight loss and fitness goals.
For beginners new to weight lifting, Ho Yi adopts a strong focus on executing the right form and technique, with a progressive increase in weight resistance and exercise intensity to minimize any possible injuries. In combination with a sustainable diet and customized training plan, he helps individuals lose body fat and gain lean muscle mass!
Outside the gym, Ho Yi enjoys hiking at nature reserves, swimming and cycling.
