Being a certified Health and Wellness Coach, Melvin believes in the notion that everyone makes a myriad of choices in our life, and some of these choices affect us in big ways. Before joining our team, he was part of the Sport Singapore health and wellness team, conducting workshops that aims to change and optimise lifestyle habits for the public and corporate world.
With his expertise in techniques and hacks from his sport and exercise psychology background, coupled with his experience in health and wellness coaching, he aims to bring about an efficent way of adopting new habits for the individual. Motivation follows actions; taking that first step is never easy, but it can only get easier after that.
As a way to unwind (and practise self-care), he stretches his body and mind with yoga, Googles for easy recipes that involve cooking with just a pot, and binge watch Netflix and Disney+.
